This Creator Rights and Paid Media Usage Policy applies to all content created by Katie Lendel operating under Born To Succeed LLC ("Creator," "we," "our").
This policy outlines how brands and clients may use content created by the Creator.
AGREEMENT TERMS
Content Ownership
All original content produced by Katie Lendel / Born To Succeed LLC remains the intellectual property of the Creator unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive licensed usage rights, not full ownership.

Scripts & concepts
Raw footage
Edited video assets
Voice recordings
Likeness and image
USAGE RIGHTS
Organic vs. Paid Media
Organic Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, brands may use delivered content for organic, non-paid channels.
Organic social media posts
Website placement
Email marketing
Non-paid brand marketing
Paid Advertising
Content used for paid advertising requires a paid usage license, purchased separately.
TikTok & Instagram Ads
Facebook & YouTube Ads
Pinterest Ads
Paid influencer amplification
Sponsored post promotion
LICENSING & PROTECTION
Media Licensing & Likeness
Licensing Duration
If paid usage rights are granted, the license is typically valid for a defined time period. Extended advertising requires renewal of usage rights.

Creator Likeness
The brand may not use the creator's name, voice, image, likeness, or personal identity in paid advertising beyond the licensed usage period without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in licensing fees or legal action.
RESTRICTIONS
Modifications & Exclusivity
Spark Ads & Whitelisting
If content is used through TikTok Spark Ads, Instagram Whitelisting, or Meta Partnership Ads, the brand must obtain written approval from the Creator. Access may be revoked at any time.
Content Modifications
Clients may resize or format content for platform compatibility. However, content may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the Creator or product.
Competitor Restrictions
Content created for a brand may not be licensed to direct competitors without written approval if exclusivity has been agreed upon. Exclusivity agreements may require additional fees.
RIGHTS & ENFORCEMENT
Portfolio Rights
Katie Lendel / Born To Succeed LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolio, website, marketing materials, case studies, and social media unless a confidentiality agreement has been signed.
Unauthorized Use: If a brand continues to use content beyond the agreed licensing period or outside the approved scope, additional licensing fees may apply.
