Important for UGC Creators This Content Licensing Agreement applies to all creative work produced by Katie Lendel operating under Born To Succeed LLC. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original content created remains the intellectual property of Katie Lendel / Born To Succeed LLC. Clients receive licensed usage rights, not ownership of the original content.

Usage rights vary depending on the purchased package. Licensing may include: • Organic social media usage • Website placement • Marketing content Paid advertising rights or extended usage may require additional licensing.
EXTENDED USAGE
Paid Advertising
If content is used for: • TikTok ads • Meta ads • YouTube ads • Paid promotional campaigns Additional usage rights may apply unless included in the original agreement.
RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS
Modification & Portfolio Rights
Clients may edit or resize delivered content for placement across platforms, provided that edits do not misrepresent the creator or product. Katie Lendel retains the right to display completed work in: • Portfolio & Website • Marketing materials & Case studies Unless confidentiality has been agreed upon in writing.
